Monica Strzalkowski

Monica Strzalkowski is a Certified Nutrition Health Coach from Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She was born in Nysa, Poland and immigrated to the US in 1982. Upon arrival in Chicago she quickly realized that she had a passion for the health care industry. As a young adult, Monica interned on the medical side and at the same time she managed the business side of the Dr. Milkowski medical/dental clinic for six years. After relocating to Denver in 2000 and raising her family, her instinct brought her back to the health care industry and she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Metro State University. Immediately upon completion of her degree she joined Alternative Naturopathic Center for and extensive year long internship. Her passion and fascination for the traditional and non-traditional healing has been a life long pursuit. Her diverse experiences are paving the way in guiding others to achieve full balance and health in life. Her hobbies include reading medical journals and books and traveling the world.
